Our Supported Employees work alongside experienced team members, building practical hospitality and customer service skills while gaining real workplace experience and growing their confidence in a supportive and inclusive environment.
From preparing food and making barista coffee to serving customers and learning the day-to-day workings of a busy café, every shift provides an opportunity to learn, contribute and grow.
