The Bridge Connects works with clients to develop a package of supports to suit their individual needs. The community services offer individual support, as well as connection with the local community at a number of locations.
Services include:
- Day Services
- Getaways (recreation)
- Your Supports (in-home care, group activities and respite care)
- Support Coordination (help with NDIS planning)
- Supported Independent Living (SIL)
The Bridge Employment offers a variety of employment services for those who are disadvantaged to find employment and for those with disabilities find supported work, have job skills training, and find employment placements.
Services include:
- The Bridge Supported Employment Warehouses
- Open Employment (through Inclusive Employment Australia)
- Your Job Now (job skills training)
