The Bridge Connects works with participants to develop a package of supports to suit their individual needs. The community services offer individual support, as well as connection with the local community at a number of locations.
The Bridge Employment matches job seekers and employers. We offer services for those who are disadvantaged to find employment and for those with disabilities find supported work, have job skills training, and find employment placements.
Our Head Office is based in Dandenong and is the hub for our Leadership team, Intake & Engagement team (for new service enquiries), Support Coordination team, as well as coordinating our Your Supports and Getaways activities. Located within walking distance to the Dandenong Market and City Civic Centre.
The Bridge Beaconsfield is the newest site from The Bridge offering day services to people in Beaconsfield and surrounding areas. This large, contemporary site is split over two levels with stair and lift access. It’s ideally located near the local shopping precinct, a short walk from the train station, and accessed by a service lane with onsite parking.

Our warehousing and manufacturing services in Dandenong are at The Bridge Works warehouse and 2Works, our latest warehouse.
