Registered NDIS Provider

We are proud to be a registered provider with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and have been since the NDIS was introduced.  The Bridge is regularly assessed against the NDIS Practice Standards to ensure services are safe, consistent and person-centred For us however, quality goes beyond compliance, it’s about how people feel every day and the impact our services have on their life alongside other support and community connections.

A dedicated focus on quality and experience

All staff have a responsibility to uphold quality and safety at The Bridge. This is highlighted in our Staff Code of Conduct which aligns to the NDIS Code of Conduct.

The Bridge also has a dedicated team that oversees quality and participant experience, continually reviewing and improving how we deliver our supports. This helps us identify what’s working well, where we can do better, and how we can create more positive experiences across every service.

Investing in our people

Our learning pathways team ensures our staff are well-trained, confident and supported in their roles. Through ongoing training and professional development, we build a team that not only has the right skills, but also the empathy, understanding and commitment to support each individual with care. The Bridge ensures an active support model is at the forefront of all training.

A strong commitment to safety

Safety is at the heart of everything we do. All staff have a responsible to ensure a safe environment. The Bridge has a dedicated Health and Safety team who work across all our services and sites to ensure our environments, practices, and supports are safe for participants, staff, and the wider community, so you can feel confident and secure in your services.

Meeting and exceeding NDIS standards

As a registered NDIS provider, we meet the requirements of the NDIS practice standards and undergo regular audits. This ensures our services remain high-quality, accountable and aligned with best practice across the sector.
