The Bridge 2025-26 Annual Report: A Year of Impact and Opportunity

The Bridge’s 2025-26 Annual Report is now available, sharing the people, achievements and outcomes that shaped another significant year across our organisation.

Throughout 2025-26, The Bridge supported 946 participants across employment, community and independent living services. We expanded employment opportunities through Inclusive Employment Australia, opened three new Specialist Disability Accommodation homes, extended key services into Melbourne’s north and continued investing in our people, accessibility and quality.

Quality and continuous improvement

As a registered NDIS provider, quality remains central to how we deliver support. During our most recent NDIS audit, The Bridge met all requirements, with the auditor highlighting strong governance, well-integrated quality systems and a clear commitment to continuous improvement.

Importantly, participants and families also shared overwhelmingly positive feedback during the audit, with trust, continuity of support and strong relationships with staff consistently highlighted.

Stories behind the impact

The Annual Report shares the experiences of people supported by The Bridge, including Emily, who has built confidence and skills through the Greensborough Hub, YJN (Your Job Now) and volunteering, and Matt, whose story spans meaningful employment, Getaways and moving into one of our new Specialist Disability Accommodation homes.

Other highlights include the launch of Inclusive Employment Australia across five locations, our new accessible website, multilingual resources and participant-led initiatives including The Voice and our Community Voice Advisory Group.

Together, these stories demonstrate the many ways The Bridge continues to listen, learn and create opportunities for people with disability to achieve their goals.
