About the role

As part of our Sustainable Salons recycling program, you'll help process and sort recyclable materials while supporting efficient warehouse and production operations. You'll work alongside a dedicated team to ensure materials are processed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You'll be responsible for:

• Sorting recyclable materials into designated streams
• Compacting and preparing materials for transport and processing
• Meeting daily production and processing targets
• Maintaining quality and safety standards
• Operating equipment safely and correctly
• Reporting machinery faults, hazards or safety concerns
• Assisting with stock and material management
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Working collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals
• Supporting positive environmental outcomes through responsible recycling practices 

We are ideally looking for people with experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse operations or disability employment services who are comfortable performing manual handling tasks and standing for extended period.

• Permanent full-time position
• Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:06pm
• Based at our Dandenong Warehouses

About the role

Working as part of our Works production team, you'll undertake a variety of production, packing and warehouse tasks while working alongside Supported Employees to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards:

• Operating on the production line with accuracy and attention to detail
• Completing packing, labelling and assembly tasks
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Meeting production targets and quality requirements
• Operating equipment and machinery safely
• Reporting machinery faults or safety concerns promptly
• Assisting with stock, materials and equipment management
• Working collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment
• Building positive working relationships with colleagues and customers where required

We are ideally looking for people with experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse operations or disability employment services who are comfortable performing manual handling tasks and standing for extended period.

• 12-month fixed-term position
• Wednesday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:06pm (with potential for Monday and Tuesday for the right applicant)
• Based at our Thomastown Warehouse

Do you enjoy helping people, keeping things organised and making sure nothing falls through the cracks?

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Intake Support & Administration Officer to join our Marketing, Brand and Engagement team.

In this role, you'll help create a positive first impression for prospective participants, families and referrers by providing administration and coordination support across intake and onboarding activities. You'll also support the broader team with communications, records management, event coordination and day-to-day administrative tasks.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate intake appointments, meet and greets, site tours and onboarding activities.
• Respond to enquiries and referrals in a professional, welcoming and timely manner.
• Prepare participant information packs, correspondence and routine documentation.
• Maintain accurate records across client management and CRM systems.
• Follow up outstanding information and documentation to support onboarding processes.
• Assist with scheduling, calendars, databases and shared team systems.
• Support the preparation of resources, marketing materials and information packs.
• Assist with community events, expos, open days and engagement activities.
• Help coordinate social media scheduling and other communication activities.
• Contribute to a positive experience for participants, families, referrers and community partners.

What you'll bring

• Experience in administration, customer service, community services, disability services or a similar environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence managing multiple tasks and competing priorities.
• Friendly and professional communication skills.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to support others.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
• A commitment to respectful, person-centred service.
