Our three Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) homes in Noble Park with Supported Independent Living (SIL) from The Bridge are conveniently located in the City of Greater Dandenong. You’ll enjoy close access to public transport, local shops, parks and community spaces. There are two improved livability homes and one high physical support homes in this location, each home thoughtfully designed with ease and accessibility to suit varying support needs. Parking is available on site.
