Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is housing designed to provide increased functionality and support, offering purpose‑built features that make daily living safer, more accessible and more independent.

SDA funding covers the cost of the physical home itself, rather than day‑to‑day support services, allowing you to enjoy a purpose‑built environment created for your comfort, safety and independence.

Our SDA Homes

Our Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) homes in Noble Park offer newly built, accessible living spaces for people with higher support needs, featuring thoughtful design elements that support greater independence while ensuring you receive the right level of support.

They are suitable for participants with Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible or High Physical Support funding in their NDIS plans, offering living spaces tailored to improve quality of life and support individual needs.
