The Bridge Works

Located in Dandenong, The Bridge Works is our flagship supported employment warehouse providing reliable third-party logistics (3PL) and production support for businesses. The site handles a wide range of services including product labelling, pick and pack, packaging, light assembly, storage, and logistics coordination. It is also home to our partnership with Soap Aid, where supported employees assist with the sanitisation of donated soaps for global hygiene programs.

The Bridge 2Works

Situated just two doors down from The Bridge Works in Dandenong, The Bridge 2Works expands our supported employment operations with additional warehouse capacity and production on services. The site supports businesses with packaging, labelling, pick and pack, assembly, and general warehouse operations, creating more opportunities for supported employees to develop skills while delivering efficient outcomes for our partners.

The Bridge Works 3PL

Backing onto The Bridge Works in Dandenong, The Bridge Works 3PL specialises in third-party logistics and sustainable partnerships. The warehouse supports large-scale storage, fulfilment, and distribution while also hosting innovative collaborations such as the BlockTexx recycling partnership, where supported employees help process and divert workwear and textiles from landfill.

The Bridge Works Cleaning Crew is our mobile supported employment team providing professional commercial cleaning services. The crew supports offices, retail and hospitality venues, and shared spaces with reliable, high-quality cleaning that keeps workplaces hygienic, organised, and welcoming.

The Bridge Works Mow & Mend is our mobile team delivering garden maintenance and minor site repairs. From lawn mowing, pruning, and green waste removal to small maintenance jobs and electrical test and tag services, the team helps businesses keep their outdoor spaces safe, tidy and well maintained.
