SLES Melbourne
At The Bridge, we understand the importance of providing tailored employment support and guidance to young adults with disabilities as they transition from school to employment. Our School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) program is designed to empower individuals with disabilities to develop the skills, confidence, and independence needed to successfully navigate the world of work and achieve their career goals.

NDIS School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES)
Through NDIS funding, participants can access a range of vocational training, job readiness programs, and on-the-job support to develop the work skills and confidence needed to enter the workforce successfully. SLES empowers participants to explore career pathways, gain practical work experience, and build valuable skills that enhance their employability. By leveraging NDIS funding, individuals have the opportunity to access support services that cater to their unique needs, encouraging greater independence and participation in the workforce.
At The Bridge, our Youth Jobs Now service can be accessed via School Leavers Employment Supports (SLES) or through Core or Capacity Building (finding and keeping a job) Funding in NDIS plan management. It is designed to help young people with disabilities successfully transition from school to employment. This service offers 1:1 weekly coaching sessions, as well as group activities on site or in the community to help you become job ready.
