Our services across The Bridge are aimed at ensuring a connected society where people of all abilities achieve their full potential.
Services are delivered across The Bridge Connects (community services) and The Bridge Employment (employment services).
Our service model (pictured) shows how these services can be accessed at the same time or in a gradual way as part of a clients individualised pathway at The Bridge.
Clients can access community services:
Support Coordination, 1:1 Individual Support in the home and out in the community, as well as respite care (Your Supports), recreation (Getaways), Day Services, and Supported Independent Living (SIL).
And employment services through:
SLES and Job Skills Training (Your Job Now), Supported Employment (Bridge Works warehouses), and open employment through the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program.
