NOTICE OF SPECIAL RESOLUTION
Notice is given that at the annual general meeting of The Bridge Incorporated (“the Association”) to be held on 27th October 2025, it is intended that the following motion be proposed as a special resolution:
THAT the constitution of the association comprising its rules be amended as follows:
- In clause 30.1, replace “clauses 27 and 28” with “clauses 27, 28 and 30.3”.
- Replace clause 30.3 with:
30.3 Board members may be re-elected, but:
(a) the Chair cannot hold office as a Board member for more than 12 years; and
(b) other Board members cannot hold office as a Board member for more than 9 years.
