Finding the right support into work can make all the difference.
At The Bridge, we take a personalised approach to disability employment support, recognising that every person’s journey is different. Through our Inclusive Employment Australia services, we focus on meeting people where they’re at and building support around their goals, strengths and circumstances.
A big part of what makes our approach different is our team. Many of our Inclusive Employment Australia consultants bring lived experience of disability, mental health and other barriers. Combined with strong local knowledge and employer connections, this allows us to provide support that is practical, flexible and grounded in real understanding.
We support people aged 15 and over who:
- Have a disability, injury or health condition impacting work
- Need support to find, keep or return to employment
- Are not working at full capacity and want to build skills
- Are motivated to engage in support and employment pathways
If you’re unsure if you or someone you support is eligible, our team can help explore options and get started.
With locations in Doveton, Emerald, Koo Wee Rup, Narre Warren and Pakenham, it’s easy to access local disability employment support within your community.
Support is tailored to each person and can include:
- Resume writing and interview preparation
- Job searching and connections with employers
- Ongoing mentoring and on-the-job support
- Training, work experience and education pathways
We deliver Inclusive Employment Australia in partnership with CoAct Connect, connecting people to a broader network of opportunities, training and employer connections.
At every stage, our focus is on building confidence and capability, supporting people not just to find work, but to succeed and grow in the workplace long-term.
