Located in Frankston (and Mornington), Disability Employment Services (DES) by The Bridge is a government-funded program that helps people identify inclusive employment opportunities and jobseekers who are keen to secure long-term work. The office is located to the back of the building on level one via lift access.
There is free 1P parking on Young Street outside the Frankston office or at Bayside Centre which is 650m away. Frankston train station is a 10-minute walk (700m away).

The Bridge Connects works with participants to develop a package of supports to suit their individual needs. The community services offer individual support, as well as connection with the local community at a number of locations.

- Support Coordination (help with NDIS planning)
The Bridge Employment matches job seekers and employers. We offer services for those who are disadvantaged to find employment and for those with disabilities find supported work, have job skills training, and find employment placements.
