Located in Frankston and Mornington , Disability Employment Services (DES) by The Bridge is a government-funded program that helps people identify inclusive employment opportunities and jobseekers who are keen to secure long-term work. There is free 1P parking on Young Street outside the Frankston office (lift access to level one), and free all-day parking on Blamey Place opposite the Mornington office. Located within walking distance to the Dandenong Market and City Civic Centre. Paid parking is outside along the service road with lift access to the office (first floor).

The Bridge Connects works with participants to develop a package of supports to suit their individual needs. The community services offer individual support, as well as connection with the local community at a number of locations.

The Bridge Employment matches job seekers and employers. We offer services for those who are disadvantaged to find employment and for those with disabilities find supported work, have job skills training, and find employment placements.
