The Bridge Connects work with participants to develop a package of supports to suit their individual needs. The community services offer individual support, as well as connection with the local community at a number of locations.
Services include:
- Day Services
- Getaways (recreation)
- Your Supports (in-home care, group activities and respite care)
- Support Coordination (help with NDIS planning)
- Suppoorted Independent Living (SIL)
The Bridge Employment matches job seekers and employers. We offer services for those who are disadvantaged to find employment and for those with disabilities find supported work, have job skills training, and find employment placements.
