The Bridge Inc has a wide variety of disability support services in Melbourne for clients to access across both The Bridge Connects and The Bridge Employment. We offer many community and employment services. Most of these services can be accessed at the same time or in a gradual way as part of a clients individualised pathway.
Clients aged 18+ years can access contemporary, quality services in individualised 1:1 support (in-home or in the community), Day Services, Supported Employment, Job Skills Training, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Recreation, and Inclusive Employment Australia Services throughout Melbourne’s North and Southeast suburbs.
The Bridge Connects
The Bridge Connects provides a full range of community disability support services in Melbourne and surrounding areas. Support can be provided as individual disability support, group-based settings or disability family support. Support is delivered based on the interests and identified NDIS goals of participants.
